k888 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players on Our Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing k888 and using any of its services — including cricket betting, PSL betting, Aviator, crash games, Ludo, live casino, and any other products offered — you are entering into a binding agreement with k888. This agreement takes effect from the moment you register your account or, if earlier, from your first use of the platform.

These Terms apply to all users regardless of how they access k888 — whether via a mobile browser, desktop browser, or any app interface associated with k888. You must read these Terms completely. Registering an account is taken as confirmation that you have done so and accept all provisions without reservation.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and use k888, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be a natural person — corporations, automated bots, and script-based registrations are not permitted.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be subject to any order or judgment that would prohibit you from entering into this agreement.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of k888 or any of its associated companies, nor an immediate family member of such persons.

k888 may at any point request proof of age, identity, or address. You agree to provide such documentation promptly when requested. Failure to do so within a reasonable timeframe — typically 72 hours of the request — may result in your account being temporarily restricted until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one account on k888. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If k888 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts except the original may be closed and any associated balances and winnings forfeited.

When registering on k888, you must provide accurate and truthful information, including your full legal name as it appears on your official Pakistani identity documents, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must keep this information updated at all times via your account settings.

• Your k888 account password must be kept confidential. k888 staff will never ask for your password.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any transactions or bets placed.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact k888 support immediately.
• k888 uses OTP verification on withdrawals and sensitive account changes. Keep your registered mobile number active and accessible.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

k888 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any stage of your account's lifetime, including but not limited to: initial registration, at the point of your first withdrawal, when processing large withdrawals, and upon any indication of suspicious activity. Providing false or misleading information during verification is grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

k888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency transactions are supported. All accepted payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards — are listed on the Deposit and Withdrawal page, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for IBFT/card.
• k888 does not charge any platform-side deposit fees.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered under your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• k888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal is Rs 200 for mobile wallets and Rs 500 for IBFT.
• Your first withdrawal must be made to the same payment method used for your first deposit.
• All withdrawals require OTP confirmation to your registered mobile number.
• k888 processes withdrawals as quickly as possible, typically within 1–5 minutes for mobile wallet methods. IBFT transfers may take up to 60 minutes.
• k888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, at its sole discretion.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds that have not completed their wagering requirements are not withdrawable until those requirements are fully met.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

k888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing Pakistani players. These may include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, tournament entry credits, and VIP Club rewards. All bonuses are subject to their specific terms, which are displayed alongside each offer at the time of claiming.

The following general bonus rules apply across all k888 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus amounts carry a wagering requirement (playthrough) that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier for each bonus is shown in its individual terms.
• One bonus per player: Only one welcome bonus per player, household, device, and payment account is permitted. k888 may void bonuses where circumvention is suspected.

• Abuse: k888 may void bonuses and associated winnings, and suspend accounts, where it determines that bonus offers are being abused or exploited — including through coordinated play between accounts.

k888 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players and are offered in good faith as an enhancement to your k888 experience.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing bets or participating in games on k888, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All bets placed on k888 are final once confirmed. k888 does not cancel or reverse confirmed bets except in cases of clear technical error verified by the k888 team.
• Odds, game outcomes, and prize pools displayed on k888 are subject to change up until the moment a bet or game session is confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the final terms before confirming.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game or betting event that materially affects the outcome, k888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' wallets.
• For Ludo Games, k888's specific Ludo rules apply as published in the Ludo Games section. These include turn timers, disconnection policies, and winning conditions.
• For Cricket and PSL Betting, settlement is based on the official result as declared by the governing cricket board. Incomplete matches are settled according to the specific market rules published in the sportsbook.
• For Aviator and crash games, the multiplier is determined by a provably fair algorithm. k888 does not influence or manipulate crash multipliers.
• k888 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close the account of any player it deems to be using strategies that constitute abuse of the platform, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, exploit farming, or coordinated collusion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on k888. Any player found engaging in them will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on k888 under any circumstances, including under different names, phone numbers, or email addresses.
• Using the k888 platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or stolen identity information during registration or verification.
• Depositing funds using payment methods that do not belong to you or using stolen payment credentials.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals on k888 deposits after using those funds for betting or gaming.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets or interact with the platform in any way that would give an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in real-money Ludo, live casino games, or any other k888 product.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches discovered on k888 for financial gain. Any player who discovers such a vulnerability must report it to k888 support immediately.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing k888 staff, support agents, or other players through any channel.
• Allowing any other person to access or use your k888 account.

9. Responsible Gaming

k888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players. Gaming should be an enjoyable activity — not a source of financial hardship or emotional distress. k888 provides a range of tools within your account settings to help you stay in control:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Loss limits: Restrict the total amount you can lose in a given period.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

k888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if k888 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• The account holder has provided false identification or other misleading information.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder.
• Legal or regulatory requirements necessitate account closure.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified via their registered email address. Investigations are typically completed within 10 business days. Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any balance consisting of original deposits (net of withdrawals) may be refunded at k888's discretion. Bonus-derived funds will be forfeited in all cases of Terms breach.

Players may also close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting k888 support. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed normally. All remaining balances will be returned to your registered payment method.

11. Liability & Dispute Resolution

k888 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain continuous, error-free service, k888 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or be entirely free of technical issues. k888's liability to any player is limited to the amount of their verifiable net deposit balance at the time of any claim.

k888 is not liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from service interruptions, maintenance windows, or technical faults beyond k888's reasonable control.
• Loss of winnings caused by a player's own device, internet connection, or browser issues.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special loss of any kind.

Disputes: If you believe k888 has made an error in settling a bet, crediting a bonus, or processing a transaction, you must raise the dispute within 30 days of the event. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered.
